!!!! A word of caution
Zermatt is an alpine ski resort and the streets and passageways can be very icy and treacherous. Hard-soled boots, such as hiking boots, are dangerous on the ice. Soft rubber soled boots (similar to your antisliders) or shoes equipped with shoe-ice grippers are highly recommended.
